What does it mean to apologize for something you cannot undo? Gabriel Martins is a Brazilian filmmaker, screenwriter, and co-founder of Filmes de Plástico. His feature film In the Heart of the World (2019) premiered at Rotterdam in 2019. His short Nada (2017) screened at Cannes' Directors' Fortnight. Mars One (2022), his second film, premiered at Sundance and represented Brazil in the 2023 Academy Awards®.
