Academy Award®-winning director Ron Howard is one of Hollywood’s most celebrated and prolific filmmakers. From the critically acclaimed Oscar-winning dramas A Beautiful Mind (2001) and Apollo 13 (2005) to the hit comedies Parenthood (1999) and Splash (1984), he has created some of Hollywood’s most memorable films and series. He is also an award-winning documentary filmmaker, whose work includes Rebuilding Paradise (2020), We Feed People (2022), and the Emmy-winning Jim Henson: Idea Man (2024). A working actor from early childhood who transitioned to directing and producing in young adulthood, Howard is one of the rare creatives who has continued to evolve as an artist and maintain success and cultural relevance into a seventh decade.
